Caleb Jalal – Founding President

Mr. Caleb passed his B.Com in 1972 and joined MCB Bank in 1977 and served in the Bank till 1997. After that he worked in Ladho Bhai Group, M.A Group, Kunri Kraft Project,Kunri 

Christian 

School 

and most recent Principal of 

School 

of 

Hope

. He has extensive experience in commercial and development sectors and a passion in education and health projects focused on rural communities. Many of CGDC activities are derived from his passion and previous experiences.

Rev. Qaiser Julius – Vice President

He has completed his MTh from UK 

and serving as Director of OTS for more than 10 years now. Having expertise in fundraising and team management he has contributed a lot in capacity development of thousands of individuals and member of several organizations. Soon moving to 

Melbourne

for his PhD.

 

Mrs. Neelam Obed – General Secretary 

She is a graduate student in commerce and has 3 years of teaching experience in Science and English. She has good command on computers and her expertise includes child psychology and class room management. 

 

Robina Shaheen – Treasurer

She is B.A and has extensive experience in education sector. From last 10 years running the Kunri 

International 

School

. Her expertise includes school administration and interpersonal skills.

 

Shabbir Ahmed – Executive Member

He is post graduated in commerce and has 20 years of professional experience in travel trade business. Mostly recently working as CEO with Travel-Tech from last 5 years. Specialized in air, rail, sea ticketing, World wide hotel bookings, Group organizer, Tour Operator, Travel Insurance.

 

Hari Masih – Executive Member

He is graduate with more than 15 years of hostel management experience. Currently serving as Head of the Children at Risk 

Center

Khipro under management of Diocese of  Hydrabad.

 

Aamir Augustine – Executive Member

He is MBA in finance as well as MSc in computer sciences. He has almost 10 years of experience in finance and project management – started his career as accountant of PEP-DoH and most recently serving as Hostels Program Coordinator of the Diocese of Hyderabad Church of Pakistan.    

 

Khalid Parvez – Executive Member

He has more than 10 years of professional experience in development sector. Worked with Caritas, SSEWA-Pak, PVDP and at present Chairman of Shanti Association. Specialized in community mobilization.

 

 

Zahid Hanif Butt – Executive Member

He has nearly 30 years of professional experience in the banking sector. Currently managing 26 branches of a leading bank in Pakistan

. Having expertise in crisis management and participatory leadership he has brought a lot of corporate skills in our board. Recently resigned due to professional engagements. He will be replaced by a new member in forthcoming Board meeting.
